This is series in-line Belt Driven strapping machine, to integrate compatible, flexible and affordable. Waist auto loading system. Short feeding sensor. Coil end eject system. Looping ejector. PLC control with HMI touch screen panel. Set up tension adjustment via HMI panel. Custom made for various arch size, or a top press for light objects.

Tension range: 3-30 kgs for 5, 6mm PP strap width and 5-70kgs for 9, 12mm PP strap width
Belt speed : 18 m/phút (50Hz) and 21 m/phút (60Hz)
Cycle speed: 30 - 40 strap/min. (standard arch without top press)
PP strap width: 6, 9, 12,15 mm (state in PO); thickness: 0,4 – 0.7 mm
Arch size (R x C): 850 x 500 mm (standard)
Working table height (from the floor): 805 mm
Power supply: 220V – 1 phase - 50/60Hz - 1 kw
