SMA - 106A

SMA - 106A is high working table automatic strapping machine. Whole machine is controlled by PLC. Under packing process, the operator gently pushes the goods to finish strapping. The machine has wide applications in the industry of corrugated board, tobacco industry, textile industry and so on.
Mono-strapping with air-pressing bar which is suitable for carton/paperboard or pre-transported forming-case strapping.
Put the object in the centre of the arch, press a button to down the air-pressing bar, machine will auto strap, seal and finish a cycle.

FEATURES

Power coating cabinet with stainless steel working plate.
Machine is ready after 30 seconds starting.
The arch size is optional to fit various of package sizes.
3 ways operation: using foot pedal or press START button on control box, or let package touch the ball switch on working table, machine will automatically thread the strap, pull out to tighten, sealing and cut off to finish a cycle. In another way, we can set up the time to repeat a cycle to strap.
